The Angola Project was one of the most challenging and high-risk endeavors undertaken by our team. It involved the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of new 230KV substations and 400KM transmission lines, as well as financing the entire project. The stakes were high, but we were determined to see it through to the end.The task at hand was daunting, especially considering the fact that Angola had just come out of a 30-year civil war. The capital city and its residents were in dire need of upgraded electricity supply, and we knew that our project would make a significant impact.Leading a team of over 500 individuals, we worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was completed smoothly and on time. Our multi-disciplinary team included experts in engineering, manufacturing, transportation, civil works, electrical installation, testing, quality control, commercial operations, financing, and more. Each team member brought their unique skills and experience to the table, and we worked collaboratively to overcome any challenges that came our way.Thanks to our team's hard work and dedication, we were able to deliver the project successfully. The new 230KV substations and 400KM transmission lines brought reliable and stable power to the capital city, and its residents could now enjoy a much-needed upgrade in their electricity supply.The Angola Project was not just a job for us, but a mission to make a positive impact in a country that desperately needed it. The network covered all major cities and capitals in the country, ensuring a more reliable power supply for the garment industry and other industries.It was gratifying to see the impact of our work on the ground. The once frequent blackouts and power outages became a thing of the past. The factories could run uninterrupted, and the production capacity of the country increased significantly. The citizens were now enjoying a better standard of living with access to reliable electricity for their daily needs.The success of the project was a testament to the teamwork, dedication, and professionalism of everyone involved. The expertise of the team was crucial in ensuring that the project was delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. With the successful completion of this project, CCC cemented its position as a major player in the turnkey projects of substations and transmission lines up to 500 KV in the region.

Back in the 1990s, I had the privilege of working for one of the three largest wire and cable manufacturers in China. As a member of the team, I was responsible for overseeing the import of plastic and rubber materials from America and Europe, and the export of various electrical cables, including paper insulated, oil-filled, PVC, and XLPE to our valued customers.Working at the factory was a challenging yet rewarding experience. I learned the ins and outs of the industry and gained valuable experience in international trade. It was a time when China was rapidly growing its manufacturing capabilities and expanding its global footprint.Despite the challenges that came with working in the industry, such as navigating complex regulations and meeting strict quality standards, the factory succeeded in becoming one of the leaders in the industry. Our dedication to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service enabled us to build a loyal customer base and establish a solid reputation in the market.Looking back, I am proud to have been a part of this remarkable company, and I am grateful for the experience and knowledge that I gained during my time there.
