Embedded and recognised as a team player working within high profile UK karting teams (Eg. Fusion Motorsport, ORM, PMR,) I am a nurturing, hardworking, ambitious and self-motivated individual with an outgoing, confident and enthusiastic personality. I am able to quickly build trust and successful relationships with my young drivers and work closely with them to unlock and realise their full potential. Having studied Interactive Media, I am also able to offer additional support services to my drivers, such as driver management, the management of their PR and social media for promotional purposes.I am fully DBS checked and am able to provide sole charge responsibility for young drivers in the event of their parents / guardian not being able to attend the track – this includes transportation to and from the track, performance on track and overnight accommodation/meals
