I'm a member of the Taxation group at BCF Business Law. In this capacity, I optimize the tax situation of entrepreneurs at all stages of their professional and personal development. My practice focuses on corporate reorganizations, the transfer of businesses (particularly family businesses to a new generation), directors' and officers' compensation, the retention of key employees and the implementation of ownership and profit-sharing plans.In conjunction with the Wealth Protection team, I am also involved in estate planning. My experience in commercial law enables me to provide tax advice for merger and acquisition transactions.I play an active role at BCF as a member of the recruitment committee, where I am involved in hiring, mentoring and training our students and interns. I'm also co-chair of BCF's Diversity and Inclusion Club, helping to raise awareness, educate and train on issues of equity, diversity and inclusion. As co-chair, I also sit on the Social Responsibility Committee, overseeing BCF's ESG initiatives.
