In my current role, I deal with learners and organisations from initial enquiry and throughout their whole learning process to ensure that the learner and their respective organisations get the most from our services. I also manage the apprenticeship training programme so that apprentices, employers and other stakeholders get maximum benefit from the programme.Through managing relationships with various stakeholders, I look to help deliver great experiences for our learners and organisations for professional development across the board.In my role as managing the apprenticeship programme, I am familiar with the regulatory requirements of OFSTED and the ESFA working closely with our managing director to ensure compliance with these bodies and still deliver on our customers priorities.
