Design Engineer (DE) Tasks:- Preparation of Certification Basis (Applicable Airworthiness Codes) and Certification Program- Preparation of MDL and Configuration management - Preparation of compliance documents including test programs and Analysis reports as per Means of Compliance (MOC)- - Preparation of technical drawings and technical documents including AFMS, ICA and Technical Order-Preparation of other reference documents necessary for STC certification- Liaison with Regulators (DGCA/ EASA) and Project Management during STC Validation- Good knowledge on DGCA CAR 21 and EASA Part 21 Civil Aviation Regulations and CS/FAR Airworthiness Requirements- Maintain a good knowledge on technologies (classic and new) and certification process's - Managing prototype installation projects.- Prepare and maintain the Design Organisation Handbook- Liaison with Compliance Verification Engineer and Office of AirworthinessCompliance Verification Engineer (CVE) Tasks:- Conduct type investigation - show, verify and maintain compliance with the applicable airworthiness requirements- Classification of change, review of Certification Basis and Certification Program - Establishment of the MOC and compliance statements according to the type investigation program.- Approval of compliance documents, including test programs and data, necessary for the verification of compliance with the applicable CS/FAR requirements - Verification and approval of the technical content (completeness, technical accuracy and consistency...), including any subsequent changes of the manuals approved by Regulator (Aircraft Flight Manual and the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness where applicable) especially when limitations are changed.- Preparation of Compliance Record document - Conformity Inspection of Prototype Installation and Co-ordinate Regulator inspection.- Liaison with Design Engineer and Office of Design
