As an analyst for the Revenue Growth Management team, I analyzed data and converted it into actionable business insights and recommendations. I led 3 projects throughout my internship.1. ROI analysis of promos @Safeway:Analyzed effectiveness of different promotions. Used metrics like Trade/Net Sales, to determine which promotions yielded the largest return for the smallest investment.2. Siggis vs Icelandic Provisions situation assessment: Centralized data from multiple sources and into a spreadsheet organized by retailers. Then conducted retailers specific analysis, utilizing key data points like Velocity, TDPs cya, and Promo vs Base price elasticity, to provide insights and recommendations.3. Worst performing products @ Amzn fresh:Created a plan to boost our 4 products that currently fall in bottom 15% of yogurt selection at Amazon. Involved analyzing our competitors, optimizing our organic search ranking through keywords and product display pages and implementing successful paid strategies.
