A Training and Recruitment manager focused on providing a positive team member recruitment, onboarding and training experience.As a Training and Recruitment manager, I actively recruited team members through work sites that include Indeed and Zip Recruiter. Upon hiring of new team members, I completed onboarding as an HR Welcome team member. This required scheduling of orientation, coordination with HR, running background checks in Career Builder (eVerify). Once onboarding was completed, I managed the training program. This included creation of training materials, conducting training sessions and coaching others to become trainers. Training sessions included groups of 20 - 200 participants both on and off site.My work ethic, openness and ability to lead by example, built efficiency and support within the team and provided assurance to both the Sales consultants and clients. As a result of effective communication with vendors, clients and Service team members the expectation of the customer was either met or exceeded. This included coordination of delivery, setup of event, service meetings before the event which provided safety and dietary information and most importantly, service to the customer.
