The senior commercial role covers full ownership over the different contracts with the customer. I was giving commercial support for a top customer of Vodafone Business through various deals like Mobility (incl. Airtime, Managed tablet, Hardware), Fixed, DLM (Device Lifecycle Management), NMR (Network Mobile Recording). It requires regular discussions with the different departments (for instance: Billing, Reporting, Finance, Bid & Pricing, etc.) in order to manage project implementation. I was responsible for organising operational workflows/projects of MTV Channels all over the world. Taking care of daily tasks in order to run smoothly and effectively. According to internal contracts, we were responsible for content sourcing from New York and content distribution for numerous MTV Channels which are controlled by the London Media Centre. QC of sourced content to ensure the technical standards. Discrepancy management. Coordinating localization processes (subtitles, voice-overs, and dubs) concerning licensee channels. Dealing with the needs of international clients/customers. Attending regular conference calls with US representatives and ad hoc meetings with other departments.

Coordinating the delivery of materials to manage International Program Sales and VOD deals.
