Apptivism - our own startup - provided decision-tree chatbots and insights as a novel method for Government consultations. Jersey, Guernsey, and Scotland Governments used our service to inform public policy decisions.I developed the tech platform and reporting products; wherein the analysis included clustering of responses (categorical, free-text sentiment and topics), using machine learning models from scikit-learn (Python).
