I started my career serving a 4 year apprentice ship in vehicle body and paint at nvq 3 level at doncaster council, from there i moved into the commercial side at martrans trailers. After being there for a year I had the opportunity to move to Montracon where I started as a commercial painter and have now progressed to line manager for the brand new state of the art automated shotblast & paint line at Montracon's Doncaster production facility. being involved with the commissioning of the new plant, I have seen it develop literally from the ground up! working closely with engineers to reduce takt time, to meet customer demand. I have knowledge of continuous improvement, 5s as well as implementing TPM'S & PPM's.
