Working on CAPEX projects for the Decatur Soy Plants for several large Control System upgrades.

Project and Construction Manager as well as Business Development Support for Latin America and EMEA and Saudi Arabia in particular for Engineering and Construction projects with special emphasis in the design and construction of materials handling systems and Sulfur Systems, also working as Electrical – Instrumentation and Control Systems Specialist and consultant to several Liquid Sulfur Prilling projects.For Sulfur projects in Saudi Arabia, North America, Latin America and EMEA countries, develop the following: • Perform Project Management coordinating all the disciplines necessary as [Technical (Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls, Mechanical, Piping, Process, Structural, etc.) and Administrative (Accounting / Budgeting / Billing – Invoicing, Scheduling and tracking of the project schedule, Documentation, Procurement, QAQC, Shipping and Logistics, etc.)] to develop a quality engineering project, on time and on budget. Perform Fabrication inspection of units. • Project Scheduling, both development and execution and tracking (Engineering / Construction / Precommissioning, Commissioning and Start Up)) • Perform Fabrication inspection of units. • Perform Construction Management Support to construction contractors as field engineering and engineering advisory. • Perform Precommissioning, Commissioning and Startup of projects. • Perform Operator training in plant. • Perform design engineering and support for Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls for projects • Perform Control System migrations from new equipment controlled via PLC to Customer DCS control Systems, also expanding PLC Control Systems from Customer supplied equipment to include Balance of Plant instruments and Control Systems. • Perform Business development activities as proposals to end users.
