•Initiate the onboarding process by finalizing employment application, assessment results, tax forms, I-9, licensing/certifications, fingerprinting, background screens, medical screens and any additional state or district specific forms and new hire orientation• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity metrics and desired outcomes• Manage onboarding process via email, phone, and web-based tools• Process, audit and file/upload all talent records• Maintain knowledge and understanding of all state and district specific licensing, background and other applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance during onboarding process• Maintain a broad knowledge of company policies• Work collaboratively with recruiting and other service teams as necessary to ensure onboarding strategies result in client & talent satisfaction• Participate in activities designed to improve the onboarding process• Collect, analyze, and maintain data gathered to provide to leadership• Facilitates a “hand-off” and introduction of the talent to the Talent Care team• Field incoming calls and emails and manage Team Mailbox as assigned• Service as the main point of contact for talent and internal employee questions and concerns during the onboarding process

Handle high volume of calls regarding work order status’, ETAs and new work orders, Create work orders for commercial companies dealing with refrigeration & HVAC issues, Requests via outlook and call center app, Dispatch techs according to area and work order requests, Enter detailed daily notes regarding tech and work order status’

Answered 50+ calls a day assisting brokers/agents on covered California insurance applications, Assisted brokers/agents on how to fill out applications, regarding errors on applications and status of insurance claims, Data Entry through the covered California website and other programs Made call backs to brokers/agents when calls were disconnected to further assist with existing issues
