Clients brought products to market earlier than expected, and as a result they were able to turn a profit ahead of schedule.

Mainly responsible for taking and streamlining orders in a fast-paced restaurant, making sure deliveries, pick ups and diners were all timely served. Effective and clear communication was an essential element of my work. Impact: Increased timeliness of catering deliveries by 80%, streamlined the restaurant’s cash flow by introducing iPad usage and increased revenue by 30%.

Responsible for the organization of team equipment & uniform setup. Entrusted with uniform preparation ensuring timely and accurate game starts. In charge of keeping track of supplies, reordering, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of essential team supplies. Impact: Coaches and players have been game-ready 100% of the time since my arrival as equipment manager, reducing their stress and allowing athletes to concentrate on winning.

Brainstormed fundraising ideas, social events and raised mental health awareness. Recruited new members within school events and community groups. Produced social media content on mental health which were on Instagram, BHS website, and displayed in town cafes. Promoted the Bloomfield Police Department “Chalk contest” for the prevention of suicide. Spoke publicly many times at the high school, town hall, and clinics raising mental health awareness. Organized a mental health awareness community fundraiser walk in Brookdale County Park, Bloomfield, NJ. Impact: Kind Club membership grew from 10 members to over 25 in four years. We received over 10 invitations from community groups requesting information on mental health awareness.
