I run a small company of several soccer coaches that focus on individual and small group training throughout the low country area. We work with youth and adult customers to provide skills development, better athletic movement, and confidence to be an overall better player. We provide follow up sessions to measure attribute gains.

As Director of Communication, My duties were to communicate with over 300 site directors as well as over 20 to 25 staff members in regards to running our program successfully throughout the low country area. This position at the soccer club was a highly intense environment that fashioned itself around providing the best soccer players in the state in Avenue to be represented in Top soccer leagues, tournaments, and showcases throughout the country. We followed the plan of the director of coaching in order to successfully train our children to be athletically balanced, technically proficiant, and confident in who they are as a people as well as soccer players.

I was also involved with hiring in termination of soccer coaches as well as their placement within our program. I was just want before communication by E mail and by holding meetings to speak with individual teams, individual families, and the greater whole of the club at multiple times during the season. It was my duty to also make schedules for teams and coaches for tournament play and league play throughout the state. I also had to provide coaching evaluations and assessments each season to help our coaches achieve their best and ensure that the club was providing the ultimate customer experience possible

My responsibilities were to include evaluating in identifying players that were ready for a higher level of training and development. I work to the director of coaching and other staff numbers to ensure that our competitive teams were balanced and that customer service was provided in regards to explanations to parents and players as to what they did to work on, what they are good at, and where they stand within the team. I was responsible for holding training sessions 3 nights a week as well as attending games and then providing weekly synopsis for parents and players to read and understand what we were doing well with and what we could work on.

As night manager/security, I was involved in all aspects of hotel property management during hours of 11pm-7am. Primarily my 1st job was customer service, as well as all housekeeping, janitorial, security, and general problem solving on site during 3rd shift. also performed daily and weekly audit tasks as needed.

This is a fun position that I really enjoyed with the city of Charleston recreation department. My job was to help run the adult and youth soccer leagues in the West Ashley, James Island, and Charleston areas. I worked closely with our director to develop programs to better serve the citizens of Charleston county and the city of Charleston. Customer service was key in order to understand the values that we would bring to the programs as well as what problems we have the opportunity to try to solve.
