Running a team of manufacturing and design engineers who create the methods of manufacture for a large suite of heavy pressure vessels, also ensuring products are manufactured to design intent. Accountable for continuous improvement to both designs and methods, consistently delivering reductions in non conformance and rework, and leaner methods.

Responsible for identifying and driving cost and lead time improvements as well as successfully reducing non conformance across product suite by 50%.

I am responsible for the delivery and governance for the Valves and CRDMs teams within Current Class Submarines.
