Regional oversight of the HB Regional Economic Development Authority and the HB Regional Recovery Agency. Includes HB Regional Council, Napier City Council, Mana Ahuriri, Wairoa District Council, Tatau Tatau o te Wairoa, Wairoa District Council, Ngati Pahauwera, Maungaharuru Tangitu, Ngati Hineuru, Hastings District Council, Heretaunga Tamatea, Central Hawke's Bay District Council, HB Chamber of Commerce, and Napier Port.
