Now, I’m committed to being an advocate and champion for those who feel like outliers, encouraging them to embrace their differences rather than conform. 🌍🤝My professional journey began in recruiting, where I honed my skills in connecting with people and understanding their unique needs. As a highly sensitive and observant person, I’ve always had a knack for picking up on subtle cues and unspoken emotions. This sensitivity isn’t just about empathy; it’s about truly seeing people for who they are, allowing me to build relationships that go beyond the surface. 🌸Whether I’m working with a team, collaborating with clients, or meeting new people, I focus on creating genuine connections that matter.
