I've always seen the world a little differently - and not just figuratively. Growing up, I always felt a bit out of place, like I didn’t quite fit into any one box, and I used to struggle with that. It wasn't until later in life that I realized I am neurodivergent. 🌈♾️ At age 23, I was diagnosed with a hearing impairment and told I needed hearing aids, and my young, somewhat vain self hesitated to accept this part of my identity, fearing the stigma associated with the word "disability". My differences required me to navigate a world that wasn't always designed with me in mind. Evenutally, I realized these differences were not just challenges - they were also my strengths and shaped who I am today. Now, I’m committed to being an advocate and champion for those who feel like outliers, encouraging them to embrace their differences rather than conform. 🌍🤝My professional journey began in recruiting, where I honed my skills in connecting with people and understanding their unique needs. As a highly sensitive and observant person, I’ve always had a knack for picking up on subtle cues and unspoken emotions. This sensitivity isn’t just about empathy; it’s about truly seeing people for who they are, allowing me to build relationships that go beyond the surface. 🌸Whether I’m working with a team, collaborating with clients, or meeting new people, I focus on creating genuine connections that matter.
