Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for connecting with people and using my knowledge and skills to ensure their happiness, regardless of the situation. For the past 7 years, I’ve gained experience in restaurants and bars of all kinds, and earned my Hospitality Management degree from East Carolina University. I’ve been successful in every front-of-house position from host to manager. I’ve spent time learning the ins and outs of bar management and in-house alcohol sales, working with alcohol representatives to schedule and conduct tastings and create new cocktail menus. Throughout these experiences, and countless others, I’ve learned what hospitality is all about. I use that knowledge to continue honing my customer service and sales skills to provide each guest with a personalized and positive experience.
