Assistant in hiring out canoes and loading them onto a section of the river Wye. My responsibilities were kitting customers out with required equipment, answering the phones, loading and unloading trailers with canoes, customer service, ensuring customers were safe getting in and out of the boats on the river. My responsibilities were; to use RF (Radio frequency) scanning guns to put stock into specific areas, to do a quality check of returned products, to build pallets and wrap them for shipping and to use an itinerary to check everything had been received. This job improved my organisation and communication skills whilst teaching me the use of RF scanners.
