• Responsible for all opinion content published online and in print for award-winning Scottish daily regional news brands, The Press & Journal and Evening Express

• Helped to form and lead JPIMedia's digital centralised content team• Commissioned, edited and created online written content for a wide range of JPIMedia titles, including The Scotsman, Yorkshire Post and Edinburgh Evening News• Curated a varied content plan, and reacted to topical news stories• Independently managed a small team of digital journalists spread across the UK• Collated statistics and reviewed the success of all content created in order to improve future performance

• Managed the day-to-day running of Lost Map Records' Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts• Curated an overall social media strategy• Produced monthly social media reviews to measure success• Filmed and edited video of Lost Map events for social media

• While working as a freelance journalist, I had work published online at WOW247, and both online and in print at The Scotsman and iNews• Researched and produced culture and lifestyle articles and videos as WOW247's Edinburgh City Editor• Later moved on to covering several cities in a similar capacity for The Scotsman and iNews• Was primarily responsible for WOW247 Edinburgh and iNews cities’ social media output during this time

• Chosen from a group of around 30 to head-up and organise an internal IKEA UK film in the role of Production Co-Ordinator• Interviewed candidates from a longlist and selected the rest of the crew for this project• Worked hands-on with the resulting production team of eight, doing everything from organising travel to interviewing and assisting with film direction• Went on to plan and project manage three other short film projects for various parts of IKEA UK

• Three month full time internship with arts and entertainment website WOW247 (part of Johnston Press) creating online content• Researched and wrote regular culture news pieces, features, city guides and carried out interviews• Also filmed and edited a series of short documentaries
