When the realisation finally set in that I was not going to be good enough (or tall enough!) to become a professional sportsperson, the challenge became how I could I impact the elite level in another way. Fittingly, I now expend my energy working to support those with more talent (and more height) experience every success possible across professional sport.Working alongside the fiercely dedicated and talented team at MB Partners, our motivation is to provide the most complete management service to our stable of professional and emerging racing drivers and our proud network of affiliate partners.Having first stepped into the company as a fresh-faced work experience student, I'm now seven years into my association with the company and my role has expanded to include much of our day-to-day operations. A demanding and ever-changing role sees my responsibilities lie in leading our commercial efforts, coordinating and managing our Official Partner Programme and exploring further business development opportunities. I always remember being told on one of my first day's at MB Partners, "if you want to be introduced to more people, you better start introducing more people." It's a simple adage but one that has stuck with me so please do introduce yourself if you think there may be a way that MB Partners or I could help you in any way.
