Do you struggle with imposter syndrome or lack of self-belief? Are you managing others and finding it frustrating? Is 2024 your year to develop, so you have confidence in who you are and what you do? Hi, my name is Alex and I am a leadership and performance coach with 25+ years career in Education, TV & Media, Events, Employee Engagement, Entrepreneurship and SMEs. Ex-sports player and international coach, I now work with individual leaders and teams to develop high performance. Bringing greater awareness, strength and authenticity to lead self and others through uncertainty, change and even crisis. I have a HUGE passion for Women Leaders, having been a strong leader in my late 30's, I had a confidence crash post-birth of my two boys. Becoming a Resilient Leaders Consultant brought that confidence and self-belief back. This led me to launch TLRdynamics in 2018 followed by Resilient Women Leaders in 2020. Why?Awareness of self and others is integral to success in business, whether being a leader, an effective team member or managing a team. If you understand your strengths and where you add value, you become more aware of others, so you can change behaviour & improve relationships. I use a variety of tools with my clients. The outcome is:- higher performing organisations, teams, and individuals. The impact is immediate.82% of us work in a team. By building trust, accountability, commitment and collaboration, through clarity, cohesion, communication and consistency, we create a positive environment increasing efficiency. People leave teams and managers, not companies! Something I know HR leads are well aware of and want to reduce. HR, L&D leads & CEOs hire me to develop:-- Awareness of self & others to create high-performing teams- Leadership and Resilience programmes to develop leadership muscle for ELT, Middle and 1st line managers- 1:1 coaching (develop, maintain, strengthen)- Facilitation and employee engagement programmes Alongside TLRdynamics I also work with young adults (18 - 30 years) just starting their leadership journey through Flying Start XP. FSXP works with graduates and students to develop confidence, self-awareness and understanding of the value they bring. Purpose: to enable employability and build business brilliance. See FSXP book on Amazon/AudibleIf you’d like to join our Resilient Women Leaders network, want to add value to your graduate programme, or book a Discovery Call to talk to individual leaders or teams, I’d love to hear from you.
