I am currently the Training & Compliance Coordinator at ActiveMe 360, where I play a pivotal role in prioritising staff development and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and documentation. I design and deliver training days and create comprehensive resources to upskill both our full-time and part-time staff. Additionally, I mentor our apprentices, guiding their growth and contributing to their success. My responsibilities also include overseeing recruitment, ensuring we adhere to safer recruitment practices, and upholding the highest safeguarding standards.I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science and Coaching from the University of Chichester, where I developed a strong foundation in sport theory and practice, alongside essential skills in teamwork, leadership, and mentoring. My professional journey has included roles as an LSA and Sports Coach at Beechwood Junior School and as a Physical Education Teacher at Thornhill Primary School. In these positions, I enhanced teachers’ understanding of PE, led outdoor learning and reading interventions, and delivered engaging PE lessons across all year groups.I also manage Southampton Womens U18 football team, which I feel so lucky to do.My passion for sport and education drives me to make a meaningful difference. I am dedicated to empowering individuals, fostering development, and contributing to environments where everyone can thrive.
