About Alex Williams

My past experience as both and an employee and an owner has taught me many various aspects of wholesale and retail business. I understand the needs of small to mid size companies and end users as well.The many hats I have worn over the years has taught me how to be an effective manager, teacher, and salesperson. I believe that providing clients with excellent product knowledge, communication, and customer service is the best way to keep them for the long haul. Understanding your clients and their needs is often the best sales tool you can have.Hobbies in my personal life have also helped further my professional career. Woodworking (projects from cutting boards and jewelry boxes to aquarium stands and furniture) has taught me patience and to think outside of the box. Mountain biking has taught me that I am capable of doing things I never thought possible. And that a fear of something should not be shied away from, but set as a goal to be achieved one day.
