11.06 – 07.08 Project launch of “Content Delivery Platform”. Project had the integration approach: several platforms (Volantis Storefront platform, Mobixell Audio/Video Transcoder, Oracle BAM) were involved in unified architecture, connected to the Vimpelcom delivery channels such as SMS GW, USSD and IVR platform. Project had the “strategic” status.10.06 – 11.06 Project launch of “Convert the words into the gifts 2007” action within all Russian regions. Project has the “platinum” status (aggressive TV, radio, internet advertisement). 01.06 – 10.06 Project launch of the new transactional system “Agent Scheme” for integration of new customers (agents) into the payment network of the company. This project had strategic behavior for the company to grow up the business scalability. New platform is faster then current one. For the moment there was the roadmap for transferring existing agents to the new scheme. This service has been developed in the context of Beepay XP project.04.06 – 10.06 Project launch of the “Balance Transfer” network service: transferring money from customer accounts with the customizable limits. Delivering system to the mass launch. Project had the “platinum” status (aggressive TV, radio, internet advertisement). This service has been developed in the context of Beepay XP project.01.06 – 04.06 Start of Beepay XP project based on Kabira transactional platform. Launch of national service “Unified Ruble Card” (URC) in the context of Beepay XP. Management of project team (~25 people) also controlled and provided the development and support processes. Financial control and performance with the vendor (project budget was 3 million USD). 10.05 – 01.06 Project of Unified Product Catalog of the company. Negotiations with vendors (Amdocs, IBM, Oracle, Tribold, MaxBill etc.). Training organization for the employees of the company. Collection of business – functional requirements.
