As the Master Trainer at BFT's first Northeast, Ohio location in Lakewood, Ohio, I work as a group-based personal trainer, coaching multiple classes a day and working alongside my Head Coach to provide social media content as well.I have over 5+ years of experience in the fitness field, coaching the sport of CrossFit at CrossFit Cleveland in Rocky River, Ohio as the head coach since 2017. I also worked as the Performance Nutrition Coach and Social Media Manager there as well for the last 2 years.I graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelors of Science in Health Science and a minor in Psychology. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Business Administration at Cleveland State University as well in order to gain more knowledge on all things business, management, and finance. I am set to graduate with my MBA in Spring of 2025. I am skilled in organization, management, communication, and teamwork with a passion for health, fitness, and business.
