Having attained my qualification in Dispute Resolution, I joined the Hellofresh Customer Care team at a time of rapid change and expansion in March 2016. After demonstrating my abilities in the customer-facing role, I was promoted to a mentor role and then to the senior team which was responsible for quality assurance, training and policy development within the Customer Care department.The role included a wide range of duties but my core functions were in providing business analysis and developing policies and procedures for the burgeoning Customer Care team.I am most at-home when engaged in diagnosis and problem-solving and I am looking for a challenge to which I can apply my skills and energy.

I found it immensely rewarding to work as a driveway attendant during my university studies, providing old-fashioned service at one of the last full-service petrol stations in Sydney. I worked both part-time and full-time, depending on my university schedule.We served many elderly and disabled customers whose mobility would otherwise be very limited. I pumped petrol, often checking tyre pressures, oil and water levels and washing windscreens. The personal connection with the customers and their appreciation for the service was very gratifying. It gave me a strong sense of connection to the community that I had not previously experienced despite having grown up in the local area. I was sorry to see the driveway forced to close in June 2015 due to redevelopment of the site and especially sad knowing there was not an available alternative for the many people who relied on the service. I will remember my time there with great fondness and I hope that I can find similar satisfaction in my future carreer.
