TrainingPartner with Culture & HR teams to better support awareness of the ethics and compliance program and gain assistance in promoting an ethical culture at APP. Prepare and deliver presentations to executives, managers and other business partners about the ethics and compliance program in the APAC region.GuidanceProvide counsel and advice to business partners at all levels regarding the Code of Conduct and compliance-related matters including anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts & entertainment, and responding to supplier-related compliance requirements.

Global Sourcing Division is established by Walmart to closely work with and support all Walmart business divisions in the United States and International markets. It develops and maintains a fully integrated supply chain that provides critical support to its retail locations globally. Walmart Global Investigations team APAC Division ensures compliance, especially FCPA implementation for its associates, suppliers, and business partners — in China, Japan, and India regions. Wherein I managed and conducted investigations of allegations of business misconducts involving high-profile officers including fraud, bribery, corruption, conflict of interest, and FCPA violations arising from Global Sourcing business and China market.

• Served to prosecute trials and appeals for criminal cases, conducting the relevant litigation of such cases, as is typical of inquisitorial systems used in civil law jurisdictions like Germany or Japan.• Oversaw 50+ trials as the first chair, focusing on white-collar crimes while leading a team of 2 assistantprosecutors in drafting legal communications, conducting research, and preparing documentation.
