I worked for HSBC as a DevOps Tech Lead for 18 months as my last job。The first year I was leading one team, the next 6 months I was leading 2 teams. Our responsibilities were the development and deployment of micro services APIs in HSBC financial system,for providing customers with 7*24 high-quality online services. My teams were responsible for the payment system of Asia core service,on average we deployed 2 APIs every week, we were not allowed any mistake on the payment system,in the passed 18 months my teams kept zero production incident record, my teams was harmonious and in good spirits.Responsibilities:1. Work skills training for new joiner2. API Technical Design review and correct the mistakes3. Development cycle assessment, technical architecture selection(which been sign off by security team), task assignment to team members4. Developer code review, when 3 rounds code review inspection passed then merge code to the master branch5. API release to PROD environment when all the preparation works done, then health check together with client, do an effective transaction is necessary6. Technical meeting for team members every week7. During this time, I was doing my own business. I registered a trading company in Shenzhen with 7 people team . I stayed overseas for a long time and did some market research and business negotiations. Our main business includes electronic products, mechanical tools, security supplies, outdoor entertainment equipment, etc. . Later, due to the severe impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the team was disbanded and the company was transferred.

Zhenchuang is the largest air ticket operator in East of China. My responsibility is to fix the problems of the existing air ticket system, and develop new functions module then deploy online. I worked as a team leader and designed a global ticket cache system. Ticket prices are charged based on the number of queries. The ticket prices are cached through a special algorithm for downstream dealers to query and charge a certain fee. However, this system was later abandoned.

It's my first work after graduated from university. I was a software developer in the Bank of Communications. The daily work was exciting system bug fix and maintenance, I also joined a big project named global payment system of the Bank of Communications. I was responsible for deposit business.
