I am passionate about quantitative finance, an inter-discipline subject involving maths, stats, finance, and programming. I have particular interests in derivatives pricing and the associated risk modelling on portfolio level (e.g. VaR, PFE, XVA). I have first-hand experience in this field gained through my tenure with various banks (both retail and investment banks), and in various functions (e.g Market Risk, Valuation Control, Model Control, Model Validation, Model Risk Management).I also have a strong interest in leadership. My future aspiration is to become both a technical and people leader, leading a high-performing team to success, where we solve problems, add value, and most importantly have fun.
