Design, and documentation of electrical equipment within Substations on the Distribution and Transmission system within the Eversource-NH system, typically 12.47 - 345kV. Responsibilities include designing the installation of circuit breakers, reclosers, fuses, switches, transformer and ancillary equipment. Supporting the development and maintenance of electrical system data within the Cascade and Thermal Rating system. Functioning as an active and responsible project team member executing the substation team’s responsibilities and work in a collaborative team effort to accomplish the project’s and Eversource’s goal and objective.

Technical Support Engineer for LinkeDrive, a company that developed a fuel saving application called "PedalCoach". The application is installed on pre provisioned devices by us (LinkeDrive) then shipped to our customer trucking companies. The device is then paired to a virtual network adapter attached to the trucks diagnostic port. The application pulls data via bluetooth from the truck and displays it using a gauge and meter on the device. This allows drivers to measure and better maximize fuel efficiency, while also parsing data using a complex algorithm which is sent to us to sift through and analyze. My Duties:-SQL database analysis-AWS Console usage-Cyberduck S3 data analysis -High level account and business tracking for various trucking companies/owner operators-Support calls/technical support (helping people get their devices back up and running, when errors occur such as: bluetooth connection failure, ECM failure, device failure, inproper installation, trouble logging in to PedalCoach account, etc.)-Customer Relations

Bass Pro Shops has 94 existing stores in the United States and Canada. The largest flagship stores are known as Outdoor World stores. The decor of the stores includes taxidermy mounts native to the local area. It is paradise for outdoor enthusiests, selling everything from light-weight backpacking tents to deep sea fishing gear. The store prides itself on numerous promotional events that are intended to give back to their customers. This includes a family summer camp program where parents can bring their kids to the store and participate in fun activities like archery, BB Guns, fishing, lawn games, and a variety of free outdoor seminars. Santa's Wonderland is another big event that takes place during the Holidays. My Duties:-Setting up Holiday Events (Santa's Wonderland, Halloween, etc...)-Running promotional events for reward members-Cordinating Bass-Pro's family summer camp-Customer Relations-Outdoor Seminars (Topics include: Camping, Fishing, Hunting, Bird Watching, Outdoor Recreation)-Providing knowledge on Bass-Pro products
