- writing and debugging programs for SMT placers (Siemens Siplace CS & Siemens CF) and for installation of selective soldering Ersa Versaflow 2/55, adjusting programs according to changes in the designers documentation.- launch of the wave soldering line Dektec M-400- checking the quality of washing of PCBs and adjusting the programs of washing on the installation of a jet washing of PCBs SuperSwash III- technological support of the departament of manual soldering- technological preparation and support of the production of PCBs on automated lines- identification of defects while production  and participation in activities to eliminate them- control of compliance by workers of the technical process and technical discipline- staff training on the line- maintenance of SMT line, troubleshooting- shift management- development of organizational and technical measures to improve the technical process, increase production efficiency- calculation of production capacity and equipment load

- Organization of production at the stages of SMT, washing, QCD, picking- Creation of the department, accompanying documentation, instructions for HSE, requirements for designers for the layout of printed circuit boards on the line surface mounting, guidance work on the arrangement of the departament- Equipping the departament with the necessary materials and equipment for surface mounting- Calculation of line performance and the provision of data on production in the planning and dispatching department- Interaction with other areas (manual soldering, design department, the planning and dispatching department, warehouse) in order to fulfill monthly plans- Performing duties of a technologist such as:-writing programs for SMT placer Essemtec FLX2011 and dispenser Nordson Asymtek S-910N,-development of thermoprofiles for the convection heating furnace -carrying out routine maintenance of SMT line.

- technological preparation and support of the production on SMT-line- writing installation programs for automatic placers(Siemens CS - Siemens CF), creating load sheets for operators, setting up SMT line for a new projects, describing new components, choosing a thermo profile for soldering, adjusting programs according to changes in the design documentation.- writing of programs for automatic optical inspector (AOI) VISCOM S-388- identification of defects while production and participation in activities to eliminate them- technological expertise when making changes on prior notice or temporary permission- control of compliance by workers of the technical process and technical discipline- staff training on the line- maintenance of  SMT line, troubleshooting- certification of  the furnace of convection heating- leadership shift in the absence of the head of the departament (when working in the second shift or while vacations)- development of organizational and technical measures to improve the technical process, increase production efficiency- calculation of production capacity and equipment load
