As Area Supervisor/Team Leader at Delaware North, I had the following responsibilities:- Performed meticulous data entry and data analysis across event days- Designed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets that other full-time employees utilise and provide a database for data entry and staff planning. I implemented formulas that manipulated data to provide important figures to summarise sales which developed my problem solving skills and attention to detail.- Developed relationship-building qualities, in dealing with increasingly senior people at Delaware North and high-end clients including Dan Andrews and The French Consulate aiding to my customer service experience.- Mentored a group of young employees and guiding them to complete tasks on event and non-event days.The skills I have developed at Delaware North are essential for my career development as they are largely transferable between companies and industries, such as:- Communication- Time Management- Team Work
