P&L and line management responsibility over Fidia's affiliates / subsidiaries in Europe: Germany, France, Czech Republic + Slovakia, Roumania, Russia and Spain.

My main responsibility was to develop an entry strategy for Italy – Market Access, KOLs development and early access plan to launch Qizenday, a new product for progressive forms of Multiple Sclerosis. The launch was aborted due to EMA’s decision not to grant a Marketing Authorisation.

Main ares of responsibility:• Providing operational support to 11 country affiliates in Europe • Reviewing regional business plans through regular meetings with each country• Disseminating best practices and company policies (marketing, budgeting, legal, tax, compliance) • Leading sales force effectiveness initiatives• Coordinating market access / price & reimbursement efforts

Main responsibilities:• Managing cross-departmental project teams (product launches, etc.)• Coordinating acquisition and divestment processes• Building long term forecasts (P&L)• Analyzing priority markets for geographic expansion
