- Teach 15-20 English lessons per week to students ranging from infants to adults across various skill levels and backgrounds. Class sizes range from one-on-one lessons to groups of 15.- Create specifically catered curricula for private one-on-one classes. Currently teach 100% of our face-to-face private lessons. Regularly requested by students as their preferred teacher.- Conduct trial lessons for all classes. Maintain ~95% sign up rate for prospective students who participate in my trial lessons.- Discuss with supervisors and Japanese staff members to address student progress, areas of improvement and student feedback. Pursue feedback and suggestions from all team members to apply to my own lessons.- Independently manage behavior in classes while executing a productive lesson. Keep a daily class record to map progress and behavior of individual students. Administer and assess verbal and written tests with speaking and listening comprehension components. - Play the part of lead host at all school events to audiences of up to 120 parents and students

- Aided inmates in the Santa Cruz County Main Jail by providing resources that reduce the trauma of arrest and incarceration. - Responsible for cold calling family members, homeless shelters, rehabilitation centers, and other organizations on behalf of the inmates.- Facilitated the transitional phase of individuals recently released from prison while cooperating with their probation terms.- Kept an extensive written record of encounters, requests, post release goals and progress reports of each inmate.
