- Prospect and convert leads to sign-up for a meal plan tailored to their goals- Consult clients through calls, whatsapp or email based on target weight,physical activities, medical condition and food allergies or intolerances to assess which meal plan to recommend- Create meal plans as per calculated macros and calories post consultation- Collaborated with Physical Trainers to promote meal plan offers - Assist clients with their request, feedback and complaint- Supports team leader for extra tasks

- Prospect potential companies through cold calling- Negotiate with the client regarding Credit Terms, Quotations and delivery dates that is convenient to thecompany and the client.- Check mails of the customers/clients for any enquiry- Answer incoming calls for any inquiries of clients- Process Local Purchase Orders received to the customers and tracking deliveries of the items.- Creates weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales report with the sales team to discuss and improvesales strategy.- Assists on credit collections in all accounts by contacting the customers through phone call andemails prior to due date (Accounts Receivable)- Responsible for sending the Statement of Accounts to credit customers.- In-charge for posting all purchase invoices received every day and assures to finish before VATSubmission- Accountable for entries and settlement of purchase invoices and other company expenses in software- Files invoices chronologically to assure organization of the documents
