At EY, I assist with eDiscovery, Forensic Data Analytics and cyber security related projects. I have spent my time at EY, thus far, building PowerBi dashboards with client provided company data, collecting data from necessary client assets for investigation purposes which involves using software programs to extract and create forensically sound copies of the data and assisting with document review, making the process of reviewing documents and searching for necessary information easier for our clients. During my time at EY, I gained my Nuix Master certification and PowerBi course certification.

As a teacher's assistant for Operations and Information Management 210: Introduction to Business Information Systems, I held office hours a few times a week to help students with their homework and project assignments. I also taught a lab once a week to students; this lab focused on developing skills related to Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. After my first semester as a Teacher's Assistant, I received the highest ratings overall as a TA for OIM 210 and won the '#1 TA' award.

The UMass President's Office MAST team works to help secure the University and its clients and impact the student experience through offering applied knowledge experiences to its interns. The UITS department is responsible for the UMass system's Shared Services and MAST related efforts and works closely with the campus and client IT teams.As an intern it was my job to monitor network security and incident response for our clients, and to record and report incidents when necessary. I also monitored and analyzed Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM) to identify security issues for remediation. When needed I created, modified, and updated Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tool rules. Part of the job also consisted of recognizing potential, successful, and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises through reviews and analyses of relevant event detail and summary information. This also involved evaluating and possibly deconstructing malware through open-source and vendor provided tools.When something seems to be suspicious or malicious activity, as an intern I communicated alerts to appropriate colleagues regarding intrusions and compromises to their network infrastructure, applications and operating systems.

As a cashier/server at Pasta E Basta I frequently interacted with customers, making sure their experience was as close to perfect as possible, working the register and making sure the correct amount of money came into and out of the restaurant. I also answered phones to do over-the-phone orders and take reservations which involved writing down all needed information in a book that had to be well organized. As a server, I strived to make sure every customer's meal and experience is as close to perfect as possible. I wanted customers to come in for a meal and to enjoy their time at Pasta E Basta.

As a winter intern at the Marlborough City Hall, I was carrying out various tasks for the Mayor in the Mayor's Office and working closely with those in the Board of Health located in the City Hall. Both jobs required intense organization skills and time management. While working in the Mayor's office, I participated in tasks such as answering and directly calls for both the mayor himself or for other Marlborough departments; along with answering phones I also assisted in creating spreadsheets, proof-reading documents for the mayor, and helping with the organization of future events. As for my time working with the Board of Health, I was mostly filing and organizing files that dealt with restaurant and alcohol licenses.

As a hostess at FireFly's BBQ, my job involved carrying out a variety of different tasks to help keep the restaurant running smoothly and to make sure that each customer that came into the restaurant left happy and eager to return. The variety of tasks carried out by the hostesses involved answering phones to take future reservations or over the phone to-go orders, greeting customers as they entered the restaurant and bringing them to their table, and keeping track of tables and communicating efficiently with all servers to keep them updated on their assigned tables.
