Throughout my time as Director of Chapter Archives for the Gamma Mu chapter of Delta Gamma at Florida State University, I have learned to easily adapt to change while managing our social media platforms. Platforms I work with on a daily basis to ensure they accurately reflect the values of Delta Gamma include but are not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. My position also entails the responsibility of coordinating and arranging the chapter composite, containing close to 300 women complete with photographer payments and waivers. I have advanced my organizational ability by complaining digital files of the history of our chapter and members' accomplishments using photos, articles, and videos.

As an Intern, I optimized the feel and functionality of the website by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and spearhead implementation on the site. Cross-functional teams included but were not limited to, Product Content, Marketing, Vendor Management, and Category Management. I assisted my team with website/product transitions, building/breaking matrixes, and the sorting/scrubbing of the website. Through these various tasks I was able to gain proficiency level in Salesforce Cloud Commerce, In River, Mirakl, ContentSquare, and Google Analytics. In conclusion to my 10-week internship, I proposed an online dorm shopping experience, which included research such as competitive analysis, marketing tactics, and a full merchandising strategy.

I communicated promptly with managers, kitchen staff, and serving staff to ensure guest satisfaction. I formulated employee schedules and organized large parties with corresponding seating charts while never missing a deadline for any task. I identified the most efficient course of actions by addressing guest requests or complaints and escalating them to a supervisor.

As Front of House Manager, I provided customers with personalized assistance on custom meal plans to best suit their needs. A large majority of my time was dedicated to training new hires on restaurant, safety, and customer service protocols. I was also responsible for managing the ordering of inventory and closely reviewing invoices from deliveries.

Coordinated and sat in on meetings with clients. I was responsible for researching and responding to inquiries regarding available properties. Daily tasks included receiving, sorting, and maintaining office records accurately.
