Student run, non-profit press that publishes ~5 titles a year. All work from marketing, publicity, editorial, and design is done by the student staff. I was able to work on our title From Knowledge to Power, including generating content for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram posts and helping our book project manager coordinate our in person and virtual book launch events. Responsibilities include managing brand ambassadors and leasing associates, collecting rent payments, communicating with corporate office in reference to payments, resident affairs, and overall status of property and leasing. Posting legal notices and countersign lease agreements. Participating in meetings with property manager and corporate officers in reference to upcoming events and lease/rent changes.

Responsibilities included training new brand ambassadors, managing leasing by contacting prospective residents, sending out lease agreements, screening applications, assigning compatible roommates to viable apartments for their needs and requests, filling vacancies, preparing for our yearly move in day with management, filling in duties for the assistant manager as needed, and helping to plan the summer turn over of apartments .
