I am a 2021 graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s in Animal Science. I am interested in a career working with animals and and enhancing public understanding regarding wildlife and the importance of conservation.I have developed an array of animal care skills throughout my undergrad and employment as an Animal Staff member at the Lutz Children's Museum such as proper handling, accurate record keeping, medication administration and maintaining good animal husbandry practices. I present educational programs to children, where I utilize strong public speaking and scientific communication skills as well as my passion for animals to promote the importance of conservation to the next generation.
