I am a Student at Delta Community College and soon plan on transferring to University of Michigan Flint to join the Radiation Therapy program. I have experience in the medical field as well as the retail field. In high school for 2 years I did a program called Health Occupation were we got to shadow many different jobs in the health filed. For the first year every two weeks I would go to a different career to shadow that I was interested in, like a surgeon or a neonatal nurse and more. The last year I worked at a nursing home doing everything the nurses would do. In the end of this program I finished with my CNA certificate. I have also worked many different retail positions, for six months I managed a 1.5 million dollar store and have been a manager for about 4 years.Over the years of working in the health filed and retail field I have learned a lot. I am great with helping people with whatever they need whether it be health related or retail related, time management, multitasking, and solving difficult situations making everyone happy.
