Neuroimaging Consultant in charge of reading and supervision of neuroimaging exams (MR, CT, diagnostic angiography and minor interventional procedures).In charge of supervision and train of trainees and fellows, liaising with the Neuro-oncology subdivision of the Neuroscience department.In charge of assessment and management of protocols.Liaised with neurology, neurosurgery, radiation therapy, anesthetics and pediatric departments.

Lecturer of two subjects for the Radiology Technicians course.Activities included continuous subject updating, generation of teaching curricula, management of computer and information technologies for the production of class materials, assessment and management skills, evaluation and timely and accurate reporting.High quality standards were expected, besides punctuality and diligence.

Trainig composed of the rotations:-clinical neurology (6 months in the Stroke Unit and 6 month in the inpatient and outpatient clinic);-3 months in the neurosurgical department (inpatient, outpatient clinics, help in the OR, pain consultation);-3 months in the pediatric neurology department (inpatient, outpatient, learning disabilities, epilepsy clinics);-28 months of neuroimaging (comprising supervised protocolling and reading of MR, CT, diagnostic and interventional angiography, spinal interventional procedures, assessment, lectures/teaching, liasing with the Neuroscience, ENT, Medical and Surgical departments);-12 months of subspecialty training (abroad).Participated in clinical trials, published scientific papers and obtained prizes for clinical presentations.

One-to-one supervised (by Professor Bris Lubicz) endovascular and percutaneous interventional fellowship for Head, Neck, Spine and Spinal Cord diseases.Comprised inpatient, outpatient, consultation, liaising with the Neuroscience, Emergency and Pediatric Departments, weekly lectures and investigation projects.

Focus on Ears, Nose and Throat pathology, under the supervision of the Neuroradiology division of the Imaging Department (Professor Peter Som).Included attendance to the multidisciplinary ENT oncology meetings, all clinical and scientific lectures of the neuroscience (Neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, ophtalmology) and, neuro-oncology, exam-reading sessions and participation in investigation projects.

Activities included:- evaluation and medication of inpatient (admitted for neurological rehabilitation);- medical management of pediatric and adult outpatients (with all types of first and second level urgent pathologies); and,- reference of high emergency-level patients to end-of-the-line medical or surgical centres.

Clinical fellowship on imaging and pathology of the Central Nervous System, with special focus on Cancer diagnosis and research.

Included rotations through Infectious diseases, Acute and Emergency, Medicine, Trauma and Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Pediatrics, Family Practice, Psichiatry (Adult and Pediatric). Voluntary rotation through Anesthetics and Orthopaedics.Included inpatient, outpatient, presentation of lectures, assessment and auditting, review and production of clinical protocols and reports, participation in scientific work in course.
