I completed my three-month, 480-hour outpatient orthopedics rotation with Therapeutic Associates in which I managed a full entry-level caseload with am emphasis on women’s health and breast cancer rehabilitation. I performed evaluations and treatments included therapeutic activity, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and patient education specific to patient goals. I also provided recommendations and progression for return to sport, and created an educational handout on diaphragmatic breathing.

I completed my three-month, 480-hour inpatient rehab rotation with NHRMC in which I was on the stroke team. I completed patient evaluations and treatment sessions including therapeutic activity, gait training, manual therapy, patient/family education, DME orders, and neuromuscular re-education. I also participated in team conference reporting to determine patient discharge dates based on progress.

I completed my two-month, 320 hour clinical rotation in acute care at MRMC, with responsibilities including patient evaluations of bed mobility, sitting balance, sit to stand, transfers, and gait. I also developed treatment plans and functional goals for patients.

I completed my two-month, 320 hour outpatient ortho rotation at Lexington PT, which included manual therapy, therapeutic activity, modalities, patient evaluations and re-examination, treatment plans, spinal manipulation, and dry needling.
