Evaluated potential clients based on financial and subject matter eligibility, assigned clients to volunteer attorneys, met with internal clients to assess copyright, trademark, and related IP issues, and drafted memos, contracts, and other documents under the supervision of the Executive Director.

Worked with executive leadership and attorneys to create and implement a marketing plan that included social media, advertising, website creation and maintenance, press management, and email marketing. Planned and managed day-of operations for both large-and-small-scale events. Pitched and implemented a podcast program for attorneys to share relevant knowledge and expertise.

Researched and pitched articles to EIC for both the March and July/August 2018 print issues. Conducted interviews for feature articles. Fact checked the July/August 2018 print issue.

Pitched article ideas monthly for 8 sections (style, beauty, love, life, health, career, LGBTQ+, high school). Wrote, researched, and interviewed experts for 1-2 features articles per month for one of the 8 content sections. Contributed 2-4 posts per month to the Pop Culture blog in a 2 hour pitch-to-live time span.

Oversaw team of 60 members and an executive board of 8 (including social media, accounts, editorial, marketing, events, PR, and creative). Created, planned, and oversaw the execution of the first and second annual In Her Shoes women's conference at USC, which included booking speakers and sponsors, asking questions during panels, and assigning team-member duties. Created social media, branding and marketing graphics for new member recruitment, events and Instagram/Facebook. Managed 40 staff members during the College Tour to USC, garnering over 1,000 students to the event across 2 days. Wrote, edited, and assigned articles producing viral content that has amassed over 60,000 unique viewers to our university chapter's site over the course of a month. Won honorable mention in the Her Campus Chapter Awards 2016-17 for best event for the second annual In Her Shoes networking conference out of 340+ chapters. Won best publicity in the Her Campus Chapter Awards 2016-17.

Wrote and edited 8 online articles focusing on food, style, and beauty for Phillystylemag.com and Capitolfile.com. Five articles were published in 2 issues, including additional front and back of the book pieces. Worked with the marketing team to set up the publication’s annual, “Best of Style” event featuring the 100+ local restaurants and bars detailed in the "Best of Style" issue.

Worked with the marketing team to create and publish blog posts, email alerts, and social media campaigns following relevant cases and firm updates. Planned and managed breakfast seminars for CLE credits. Conducted legal research using LexisNexis for ongoing tort-related cases.
