Over a long, successful career, I provided nutrition support, food safety expertise, and recipe/food product development, modification, editing, and optimization on hundreds of projects and for dozens of foodservice industry companies. My creativity utilized salad forks, dessert forks, seafood forks, and more over the years in virtually every facet of the industry. I faced an unexpected fork in October 2018 that led me on a journey of selling, leasing, managing, and buying a challenging portfolio of both residential and commercial real estate. I increasingly became more and more passionate about and intrigued with my new world and finally decided to become a licensed REALTOR.
