Alexa has a decade of experience in marketing and brand strategy. Her hands-on marketing work ranges the breadth and depth of the industry, including global healthcare leaders, multiple private equity firms, and direct marketing and brand development with portfolio companies and startups alike. Recently, she completed a corporate communications and investor relations redesign for ConvaTec Group PLC, a FTSE 250 Company, which resulted in a significant improvement to their internal communications. Most recently, Alexa worked with a multi-billion-dollar real estate private equity firm to establish their first in-house marketing team and significantly overhaul their investor communications.Prior to Augmedics, Alexa was Director of Marketing for Austin-based private equity firm Revival Healthcare Capital, where she is a Founding Partner. Her previous roles include Marketing Manager for Virtus Real Estate Capital and Marketing & Brand Manager for PTV Healthcare Capital. Alexa has worked with a number of additional marketing clients via her consulting business to provide marketing and communications expertise. She is a founding member of the Ellivate Alliance, a nation-wide women’s entrepreneur consortium headquartered in Austin. Alexa serves in an advisory role to The University of Texas Longhorn Band in regard to their Feature Twirler program, consulting on program development, recruitment, and relations as well coaching and mentoring student athletes. In addition, Alexa is an avid photographer whose work has appeared in viral marketing campaigns for UT Austin, as well as multiple Austin lifestyle blogs. Alexa holds a BBA, Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was on scholarship as a student athlete.
