Case Manager: -Duties include acting as a supervisor for 5 clients -Updating and creating individualized treatment plans, implementing parent training, communicating with clients and staff, collecting data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans, training and modeling new programs for staff, and providing feedback to staff -Assessing clients using VB MAPP, ACE, AFLS, and Socially Savvy, creating Care Plan Updates for insurance purposes, and organizing schedules. RBT: -Duties include providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, and community based environments. -Implementing treatment plans to improve a client’s self-help skills, communication skills, transitional skills, social skills, community skills, vocational skills, leisure skills, and discrimination skills. -Implementing behavior reduction plans as needed. -Maintaining open communication with BCBAs, parents, and other team members as needed about day to day progress on treatment plans Training Ambassador: -Duties include training new staff members on ABA as science, how to implement and use ABA principles with clients, how to take data, and inform staff of company policies. -Additional duties include using RBT competency assessments to check for fluency, answering questions about roles and responsibilities of RBTs, and explaining BACB requirements for RBTs as well as the BACB Code of Ethics for new RBTs. Social Skills Group Facilitator: Duties include creating daily lesson plans for a social group for children ages 6-15. -Evaluating the individual treatment plans of each client to create and implement lesson plans on emotional regulation, conversation skills, navigating friendships, maintaining relationships, etc. with the goal of helping these clients build social skills that can be utilized in school, home, and community settings.
