Admissions and Marketing Director of Complete Care at Middlebury. Implements a streamlined admissions process and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. Documents all inquiries on appropriate forms; Performs follow-up on all inquiries who have not yet converted to admissions. Attends daily meeting with department heads to assess appropriate follow-ups. Conducts admissions counseling and tours with potential customers, families, and/or responsible party. Ensures proper completion, signing and distribution of paperwork. Provides advance notification to department heads regarding appropriate preparation and follow-up for admissions (both new admissions and re-admits). Assembles admissions and sales packets; Ensures that customer room is clean and prepared appropriately before arrival; Meets with family and customer on day of admission to welcome them. Monitors compliance with admission policies and procedures; Monitors that the center adheres to the legal, safety, health, fire and sanitation codes by being familiar with roles in carrying out the center's fire. Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that customers receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights; Follows up on discharges every week to ensure low readmission rates. Plan, develop, organize, implement, and assist with the activity programs in and out of the facility.
