Currently taking care of an e-commerce health and wellness brand in the United States: social media performance and optimization, content strategies and production, influencer marketing and organic growth on TikTok and Instagram .

I was responsible for social media research, strategy, content creation and channels management for 4 beauty and wellness brands. Also I started ambassador and influencer programs, recruited and onboarded my future team to increase work efficiency of new directions.

As a social media executive of a newly established Aesthetic Clinic my main task was to build an online presence in a saturated market, to raise awareness of the Clinic's services and to bring new customers via social media communications. Key achievements: - Collaborated with over 50 influencers with total 5m+ organic reach- Launched 10+ social media channels for the clinic and Doctors - Produced photo and video content with total 2m organic reach

As a Vice-president in the National Committee team, assigned for the development of 12 local branches and new expansions: - Designed and implemented a long-term organizational development model and strategic growth paths for branches and programs, - Designed and implemented coaching and mentorship models with an incentive and performance tracking system- Organized 4 corporate conference agendas for 500+ membership education- Established 3 new local branches in 3 Russian cities

As a representative of AIESEC in Russia:- Built 7 new cooperations between local branches in Egypt and Russia to enhance student exchange partnerships. - Increased exchange rate by 57% (compared to the same time period in the previous year of 2017).

As a branch founder I recruited, onboarded and led a core team of 5 people responsible for overall dynamics of a new NGO organization. Key achievements: - Established AIESEC Local Chapter from scratch within 3 months with 25 active members.- Launched 2 international program from scratch: outgoing volunteering projects (53 interns participated) & outgoing professional internships (9 interns participated). - Established long-term partnership with Plekhanov Russian University and organized multiple student career events in synergy.- Built the capacity of leadership team for next generations which leads Local Chapter to growth for the 5th year.- Twice awarded for the most dynamic organizational & student exchange growth.
