• Engage in promotional initiatives, community outreach, and on and off-site instruction resulting in 37% YoY increase in digital library usage and 32% YoY increase in database usage for 2015• Provide research and technology assistance at a busy information desk, develop, and teach new technology workshops and provide one-on-one instruction in response to customer demand• Lead team's new database review/trial process, negotiate with database vendors, support system implementation/maintenance, and manage budget• Chair of the User Experience (UX) Task Force that examines programs, services, and library space layout from an end-user perspective and collaborates with library departments to create and implement workable solutions • Train library staff in preparing elevator pitches and using library databases, generate research reports and influence policy • Design and maintain the research page on the library website and database subject guides • Responsible for expansion of the library's circulating museum passes and Seed Library Exchange yielding a record number of returns and a new style of qualitative information gathering from its users • Collect statistics from the information desk and periodical room to identify resource utilization patterns and procure further materials accordingly and interfile the ready reference collection into the circulating nonfiction collection for cohesiveness and maximum usability of materials• Presenter at 2016 Connecticut Library Association Annual Conference; Taking Your Library on the Road and Create Change in Less Than One Year
